The Mission of the Turbine Services Industry Working Group is to share best practices and lessons learned that enable nuclear stations to achieve and sustain excellence in Turbine/Generator maintenance and refueling outage services.

The Turbine Services Industry Working Group is pleased to have you as part of our Industry Working Group (IWG).  During our meetings, export-controlled information related to the Operation and Maintenance of Nuclear Reactors could be shared among the attendees.  Access to such information by persons who are not citizens or lawful permanent residents of the U.S. or transfer of such data to persons outside the U.S. comes within the scope of rules, codified at 10 CFR Part 810, promulgated by the U. S. Department of Energy (“DOE”) concerning Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities.  Therefore, the IWG requests that you and your company agree to the following prior to the proposed meeting attendance, exchange of information, or access to this website:

1. Attendee’s Company warrants that it shall fully comply with those rules promulgated by the DOE concerning Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities set forth at 10 CFR Part 810, as amended from time to time. Attendee’s Company agrees that it shall not subsequently transfer any DOE-Controlled Information unless it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 810.6 without prior written approval of the U.S. Department of Energy.

2. Attendee’s Company warrants that the attendees to the meeting are not foreign nationals of countries NOT on the list of Generally Authorized Destinations (as described in 10 CFR Part 810).

3. Attendee’s Company warrants that employees of Attendee’s Company who will have access to DOE-Controlled Information are made aware of and bound by these requirements.
